Blog Hopping

Have been checking out the blogs of the "Whirl into Winter" giveaway. Only entered a few that had something that I really wanted. Have had a great time, checked out several sites (not just the entry page), found several tutorial that I will have to try. Saw a new color combination on a old quilt pattern, must also give that a try. And best of all my life reflections -

• my favorite Christmas gift (a hug and cookie from a small boy),
• my favorite quilt project (GMFG that used flower round from me, my grandmother, and great-grandmother - Made for my Mother),
• my milestone for next year (standing up for a friend wedding as she renews her vows).

This blog hop has reminded me that my life is great, and friend are to be cherished. Thanks for the memories.
